Strong and motivated, responsible and initiative personality ·
Customer focused and good communication skill ·
English and Italian speaking and writing.
Technical experience and educational background needed:
University diploma or terminal year student.
Theoretical knowledge of 2G/3G/4G Network Architecture
Preferred Qualifications: ·
You have previous work experience in the Customer Support Service. ·
You have IP certifications CCNA, JCNIA, HCNA (Cisco, Juniper, Huawei).
Life time learning environment and tools. ·
Hands-on experience and lab testing. ·
Great amount of Product Documentation. ·
