    Professional Skills
     Experience in similar position
     Fluent in English; German is a strong plus
     IT-oriented education
     Good knowledge of Microsoft operating systems, basic knowledge of network technology, telecommunication and a high level of technical understanding
     Quick comprehension and a structured way of working
     High level of commitment, team spirit and flexibility

    Responsibilities

     Initial installation
     Offering technical support of all stores (technical equipment)
     Trainings of store employees (e.g. system changeover)
     Problem solving in all related work activities
     Cash register installation/ commissioning/ organization
     Branch employee training
     Update - Test and Rollout Schedule
     Implementing projects autonomously
     Supervising the stock and ordering
     Telephone support/ hotline (operation, general technical problems, data loss, differences, etc.)
     Implementing the new requirements (for example legislative changes) on the cash register software
     Translation of training materials
     In addition, interface to other departments or external collaboration partners:
    o Treasury, cash accounting, auditing, B & E, Telekom, KiK-IT
     Individual advice by telephone for all stores
     Technical support directly in-house (network of offices)
     Preparations and implementations of trainings for the store employees
     Introduction of technical renewals/adjustment in the range of cash desk, telephony, internet, music, MDE-devices.

    Reporting Line
    The future POS – Systems Manager will report directly to the GM of KiK Romania.
    The position will be based in Bucharest.
