Our client is an entrepreneurial company, with branches worldwide, producer of flexible pipes and thermal and electrical insulation sleeves, especially applied to automotive and mass transportation. The company designs and produces a range of products with textile substrate systems for engines, brakes, push pull cables, rubber hoses and metal, among many others.

Required:
University degree, mainly in Engineering;
Previous working experience in Quality (Automotive Industry) of minimum 3 years;
Quality management tools and skills according to Core Tools;
Experience and knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001;
Good communication skills and working level of writing and spoken English;
Strong capability in Microsoft Office software;
Good analytical, interpersonal and organizational skills;
Ability to work independently and under pressure;
Valuable Experience in VDA 6.3 Process audits and SAP user.

Is responsible for controlling the entire production process and for ensuring the products produced comply with the established requirements.
Analysis the quality records, and promote corrective and/or preventative actions, where necessary;
Blocks and segregates suspected and rejected products, also decide the disposal of rejected products;
Organizes the preparation of samples of standard products or other products on request;
Manages the team of quality inspectors (the distribution of the workload and the shifts);
Supports the team of quality inspectors to report in SAP the acceptance/rejection of the manufactured goods;
Executes process and product audits.
