    Personnel Outsourcing is one of the most important personnel leasing and recruitment company in Romania and is in a constant growth and development in this field.


    - Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in Accounting or related field
    - Minimum 2-3 years relevant audit experience in a medium size or multinational company
    - Good English language skills is a must
    - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
    - Solid knowledge of legislation and working procedures
    - Organizational and planning skills


    - Participating in audit missions for active clients in various sectors of activity (production, trade, agriculture, construction, services, etc.)
    - Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and current clients
    - Developing detailed plans for key audit segments by developing understanding of the audit and reviewing available data and information
    - Conducting audit activities using appropriate audit methods
    - Completing audits on time and submitting reports to audit manager
    - Reporting to manager various issue related to their audit findings
    - Preparing IFRS financial statements, consolidation or grouping
    - Continuous information and awareness raising in the field of auditing, accounting, business, company products and company information using self-evaluation and continuing education.
