    Requirements

    • University degree (finance, accounting, controlling, economics);
    • Ability to identify business issues and opportunities through financial analysis and reporting;
    • Very good knowledge of financial management and accounting topics;
    • Excellent analytical and structuring information skills;
    • MS Excel high level proficiency;
    • Fluent in English and Romanian;
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills to all levels within an organization;
    • Highest standards of accuracy and precision, highly organized and attention to details.

    Responsibilities

    • Support month-end and year-end close process
    • Prepare and review monthly consolidated financial results and implement
    monthly variance reporting as compared to budget / forecasts
    • Prepares budgets by establishing schedules; collecting, analyzing, and consolidating financial data;
    • Achieves budget objectives by scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions
    • Coordinate monthly invoicing process
    • Prepare extended financial reports and presentations
    • Participate in the improvement of reporting tools, system modification and controlling tools;
    • Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting
    • Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
    • Ad-hoc analysis on various controlling related topics
    • Additional controller duties as necessary
