Automation Test Lead

We are looking to strengthen our existing team with a software tester manager who has experience in software testing, managing technical & functional features with development teams, and has a keen focus on automation of processes through technology.
Professional experience
• Full system development lifecycle experience, including strategy, designing, developing and implementing test plans, test cases and test processes fueling swift corrective actions
• Hands-on technology professional accustomed to working in complex, project-based environments. Multiple experience in QA software testing, software development and user-acceptance testing.
• Proven experience in designing, implementing, improving an automated test system
• Proven experience with at least one of the automated tools on the market (Selenium, Katalon, TestComplete, RobotFramework, Watir, etc)
• Testing experience in a cloud environment is a big plus

Principal responsibilities and accountabilities
• Design independent cases for each feature newly developed into the application.
• Create test plans
• Performance testing
• Functional testing
• Integration testing (APIs)
• Scalability testing
• Mentor and guide more junior people in the team
• Provide feedback to developers about automated testing strategies, design fixes, and patches.
• Meeting with system users to understand the scope of project functionalities
• Perform system load and stress testing for new features
• Writing and executing test scripts
• Running manual and automated tests
• Testing in different environments including web and mobile
• Writing bug reports
• Reviewing documentation
• Make improvements to functionality, design, and usability of new products.
• Providing objective feedback to software development project teams
