Essential Requirements

- Fluency in English
- Analytical and process oriented
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Openness to work afternoon shifts adapted to the Brazilian time zone strictly in the final week of each month: winter shifts start at 12 and summer shifts at 14

Desirable Requirements

- Willingness to learn Portuguese on the job, from native speakers, to support our expanding Brazilian business.

Key responsibilities

- Processes and accurately applies all incoming payments for allocated customer accounts
- Reconciles cash transactions, third party remittances, and credit card payments
- Supervises weekly and monthly cash allocation
- Interfaces with appropriate departments to research outstanding balances
- Responds to internal customer account inquiries
- Compiles weekly and monthly reports regarding receivable assets
- Performs follows ups to post receipts and ensures minimal payments are moved to suspense account
