Fluent in English
University degree in Finance/Accounting
A minimum of 1-2 years of working experience in Finance or Accounting
This position is a great entry level position to Intercompany accounting and will allow the successful candidate to quickly establish relevant knowledge and show his or her potential for future growth
Ensures assigned Advanced Global Intercompany System (AGIS) journal entries are completed accurately and on time, as well as properly documented and approved according Dell policy
Timely and accurate closing of the books in line with set deadlines
Maintains and responds to queries that come to the Intercompany Mailbox
Ensures IC accounts balance to zero
Posts correct currencies to IC accounts, and clears USD postings and re-posts in correct currency
Maintains IC loans including IC loan schedules updates, reflecting changes in interest rates, principals, partial settlements, etc.
Books manual shipments, credit card rebates, localization charges, etc.
