    Requirements

    • Student or graduate, preferably in Economics / Faculty of Foreign Languages and Literatures / Sociology and Social Assistance / Psychology and Education Sciences
    • Minimum of experience in a similar position or internship; Working experience would be a plus
    • Good level in all MS Office Applications (Excel, Word) is required
    • Advanced level of understanding, speaking and writing in English
    • German language is a plus
    • Experience in professional phone and e-mail communication is a plus

    Responsibilities

    • Assisting the team (3 Consultants and 2 Junior Consultants) in executing recruitment assignments: schedule meetings, managing the correspondence with the candidates, greeting candidates and clients, answering questions regarding the company’s activities
    • Participating in the preparation of project-related documents, either in Romanian or in English (job descriptions, candidate reports)
    • Offering support in business development activities, drafting briefs and presentations, tender files, cold calling
    • Updating the internal database
    • Covering regular secretarial duties and administrative activities such as: managing the daily agenda, handling correspondence, answering calls and e-mails, ordering office supplies
    • Organizing trips (including flights) for Candidates and Consultants
