Bachelor degree, preferably in administration
Fluent in English
Attention to detail, good organizing and time management skills
Confident PC user, required knowledge, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Minimum 1-2 in a receptionist/administration position represents advantage
Report to Blue Projects Management and Global Commercial Director.
Archive hard and soft copies of company administrative documents.
Answer telephones and give information to callers, take messages, or transfer calls to appropriate individuals.
Greet visitors and callers, handle their inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate persons according to their needs.
Assist with catering for meetings.
Assist in organizing corporate events.
Make copies of correspondence and other printed material.
Schedule and confirm appointments for clients, customers, or supervisors.
Planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement.
Order and dispense supplies for office.
Operate office equipment such as fax machines, copiers, and phone systems, and use computers for spreadsheet, word processing, database management, and other applications.
Receive incoming courier packages and prepare outgoing packages.
