Description

Provides functional expertise and support in implementing duplication projects, line transfer projects and new product introduction/development to increase European capabilities and ensure Engineering Change Orders (ECO) are processed properly and accurately and successfully implemented throughout the Flow organization.

Responsibilities

· Analyzes changes of product design to determine the effect on the end product design and function and determines and prepares documentation necessary for change;

· Coordinates with customers and manufacturers to determine a process for change reporting;

· Reviews released engineering change data and changes documenting activities to ensure adherence to configuration management procedures and policies;

· Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job;

· Attend European Change Review Board/Change Implementation Board meetings and support the developments of the ECO implementation plan;

· Support projects to increase European capabilities for the Flow organization;

· Support global projects when required by the business development objectives;

· Support the process to minimize the Engineering Change Request cycle time;

· Continuously work on improving the European CM processes and procedures;

· Make suggestions for authorization for the release of information associated with ECO implementation.

Requirements

· University degree in Engineering;

· Experience in a similar field is an advantage;

· Advanced level of English;

· PC skills: MS Office, Internet;

· Experience in working with an ERP system is an advantage.
