Job Purpose
The purpose of this role - MarketPlace Sales Operations Role - is to provide timely and accurate analysis and reporting on the sales performance of the MarketPlace. This will involve liaising with MarketPlace providers and Temenos account managers on the evolution of deals, performing analysis such as cause of change and identifying key trends as well as providing MarketPlace team, sales and finance regular reports.
Skills and experience
•Postsecondary Education in Business or Related Field;
•2 years of experience, with a background in or general understanding of Sales Operations is strongly preferred;
•Ability to prioritize;
•Strong organizational skills;
•Strong analytical skills, data-driven;
•Strong attention to detail, quality, and accuracy skills;
•Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal with the ability to build strong professional relationships at all levels;
•Flexibility to adapt to a fast-moving environment;
•Experience with salesforce.com a plus, but not essential;
•Good understanding of revenue recognition for software companies;
•Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel;
•Language: Excellent command of English.
Responsibilities:
•Establish process for efficiently collecting pipeline information from the large number of MarketPlace providers;
•Holding rolling calls with most important providers to ensure information is up to date, accurate and, together with sales manager, challenge the pipeline categories;
•Triangulate the accuracy of pipeline information with Temenos account managers;
•Create accurate pipeline forecasts on a monthly basis to report to management; challenge any significant variances and material amounts;
•Maintain up-to-date records in the CRM system;
•Attend and contribute to weekly Sales meeting;
•Perform analysis of pipeline to understand factors such as cause of change, key geographical trends, conversion rates, etc. ;
•Produce accurate and timely reports on pipeline and pipeline analysis for consumption by the MarketPlace team;
•Recommend, monitor and review changes to streamline the process of invoicing for all revenue types;
•Collaborate with other stakeholders and departments such as Finance, Legal to provide timely resolution to all queries;
•Assist Operations in defining the best flow for integrating our systems of work
•Work efficiently, be flexible and independently motivated;
•Champion the Temenos MarketPlace internally and externally.
