Respect the health, safety and environmental standards required by Romanian legislation in force and Honeywell's established procedures
Escalates problems according to the escalation matrix; triggers, drives and participates in Effective Problem Solving actions, in accordance with the procedures in force
Encourages HOS behaviors and HOS procedures implemented within the department
Generates and implements ideas for improvement, to eliminate the “7 Losses and Cost Reductions”, per the procedure in force; ensures that the Implemented Ideas objective of the team under his management is attained
It is responsible for meeting the objectives set and approved in the performance evaluation system (HPD)
Performs daily HSE and 5S inspections, defines corrective actions to bring it to standard; uses coaching to improve behaviors and solve problems
Uses standard procedures for recording, reporting, and escalating HSE incidents and accidents, as well as improvement opportunities.
