HPE Technology Services Global Operations team is responsible for order management activities related to Technology Services contract maintenance, activities related to technical training, service management and learning solutions and activities related to repair orders for Hardware. The team is represented by more than two hundred members that are  managing end to end operations for Express, Multinational customers and Channel Partners for all countries in EMEA, working closely with sales representatives, account managers, sales enablement roles, channel partners  and direct clients

Project:

The focus is on Operations Transformation: we look at  simplifying  and optimizing  operations by building operations efficiency and excellence for serving customers. This includes centralizing all operations spread across EMEA under one organizations, Technology Services Global Operations, in one HUB location – Bucharest.
