    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree.
    • 3-5 years of working experience within a travel agency.
    • Excellent command of English language.
    • Good command of MS Office package.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Very good organizing and prioritizing skills.

    Responsibilities

    Job purpose:
    Schedule business travels for employees, in line with the company’s travel policies and cost guidelines, by maintaining relation with travel agencies, Romanian and International Consulates, Diplomatic Missions.

    Responsibilities:
    • Work with travel agencies in order to schedule and coordinate business travels for employees, in an economical and accurate manner.
    • Negotiate costs, plan the travel and accommodation activities, develop relationships with airlines companies and hotels.
    • Deal with national and international reservations for air travel, car rentals and hotel accommodations, according to the travel policy.
    • Advise employees in order to fill-in the travel documents and approval matrix as per the travel policy.
    • Inform employees of completed arrangements and forward itineraries, tickets and instructions.
    • Collaborate with the National and International Consulates, Diplomatic Missions and Embassies located in Romania or abroad in order to obtain visas for local employees.
    • Monitor monthly reports on the national and international business trips of all the employees across the Group entities with a purpose to identify the cost differences.
    • Participate in drafting and implementing national and international business trip procedure in accordance with the legal provisions.
    • Organize different types of events such as annual management meetings, teambuilding, business meetings.
