    For our EMEA Technology Services (Support) Channel Business Team, we are looking for a multi-tasking (Channel) Specialist /Reporting Analyst that can handle all tasks related to Partner ready Services Accreditation.

    1. Be an active member of EMEA TSS Channel Business & Channel Sales Team, as well as have close alignment to the WW TSS Indirect Team, who provide a lot of the data for Global reporting;
    2. Data preparation & analysis for different TSS channel reports;
    a. Channel Attach performance;
    b. Channel Annuity Performance;
    c. Channel Flash Outlook;
    d. Partner and Distributor deep-dives;
    e. Other ad-hoc reporting;
    3. Be the main reporting contact for sub-region questions;
    4. Maintain Key Sub-region Calculators on a monthly basis: Channel Performance Calculator / Channel Compensation Calculator;
    5. Provide support for TSS Channel initiatives: Financial Modeling;
    6. Manage/Own the different TSS Channel scorecards and deliver the scorecard on timely matter to the different management teams.

    Responsabilitati

    Skills:

    • Good knowledge of the system: Access;
    • Very good skills & knowledge in Excel;
    • Language skills: English;
    • Passion for data (analytics);
    • Willing to learn about the Technology Services Sales environment and become a key team member of our EMEA TSS Channel Team.
