• Support in e-procurement catalog service for businesses of Group;
• Interface between (central) Purchasing, Supplier and Catalog Platform Providers;
• Monitoring the delivery (on time) of the catalog data;
• Implementation of the price check based on the requirements of the Central Purchasing;
• Ensuring the catalog quality;
• Answer general questions of end users in the First Level Support;
• Index calculation on the basis of price comparisons;
• Completed commercial education or IT technical background;
• Good PC / computer skills and technical affinity;
• Excellent MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint);
• Strong awareness of quality, reliability and responsibility;
• High level of customer and service orientation, communication skills and organizational skills;
• Assertiveness, flexibility and resilience;
• Independent, responsible, accurate and structured way of working;
• Experience in purchasing is an advantage;
• Proficient in German and English;
• Mission/service readiness.
