Lead Embedded Software Engineer

Are you an experienced Embedded Software Engineer who has a passion for embedded software development who likes to take part in state-of-the-art embedded software development?
Requirements:
• 8+ years hands on experience in C/C++ development
• Obtained a Master or Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Embedded Systems Engineering or Electrical Engineering
• Solid verbal and written English language skills
• Knowledge of Basic Electronics
• Experience in leading / coaching a team of embedded engineers
• Good view on project management practices (Prince2, Agile, Scrum etc.)

In this role you will join the R&D team of Mechanical, Electronics, IT and industrial design engineers. As lead Embedded Software Engineer you will be responsible for the embedded software development, implementation and the development of test scenarios. You like to share your knowledge with others and keep it up-to-date regarding technical developments in the field of embedded systems.
You will be working in a dynamic international environment for a company in the high tech industry. As a lead Embedded Software Engineer you are responsible for setting up an embedded software team and lead this team. You are capable of successfully collaborate with all the different roles in the R&D team regarding the development and production of the product The architecture, design, implementation and testing of the embedded software is also a key responsibility for you.
