Studies: Material Science Engineering/Industrial Chemistry
Language skills: English – advanced;
Specific knowledge:
 Practical strong metallurgy knowledge applied in steel/pipe manufacturing processes/products;
 Previous experience on steel product failures could be considered as advantage.
Personal skills:
 Passion for material science & engineering, interest in research & product development/metallurgy-steel manufacturing;
 Very good analytical skills; focus on technical details and willing to improve the process/products.
 Good communication and interpersonal skills; Customer focus, negotiation skills.
 Ability to interact with people at any level (internal & external), ability to create and maintain network;
 Curious to understand the technical causes, positive attitude, open for knowledge sharing and work in a diverse and multicultural team.

• Analyzes and evaluates the operation of machines and equipment’s in order to identify any variations that would help to determine the modifications in the machines and tools
• Develops operating manuals based on the analysis and evaluation of information (cycle times, tool performance, operation, etc) in order to establish the equipment's control parameters
• Carries out the classification of new materials, analyzing and determining the method of stock, consumption estimate, in order to ensure that inventory is stocked and covered properly and in a timely manner

• Follows up and analyzes discard reports, studying the presented deviations, errors and problems in order to issue a result and take corrective actions to solve the problem
• Looks for alternatives to implement new technologies that could improve the quality of the line manufacturing process
• Predicts output and consumption of the tools of which he/she is in charge through the analysis of statistical controls which reflect the tools' performance during their use
• Complies with the energy consumption target/goals, carrying out the required actions that aim to save energy
• To comply with HSE procedures, report any incident or observation, perform inspections and participate in the investigation process.
• Implement the preventive/corrective actions. Keep updated the risk analysis and the environmental aspect assessment.
• Complies with Tenaris policies, procedures and management standards, and ensures adherence with all laws and regulations that apply to the area of responsibility.
• Protects from damage, theft or misuse the facilities, equipment and other physical resources assigned to his/her area.
