Network Administrator with French

• Experience in Network Administration (Juniper, CheckPoint, Cisco).
• Experience in SAN networks administration.
• Knowledge and understanding of deploying and supporting concepts such as; Spanning Tree Protocol, HSRP, VLAN, Trunking etc.
• Knowledge and understanding of MPLS, BGP, deploying and supporting OSPF and supporting static routing.
• Knowledge and understanding of deploying and supporting Cisco ASA and IPS technology, Cisco Secure ACS.
• Fluency in spoken and written French and English.

• Troubleshoot performance issues, troubleshoot DB configuration and apply fixes.
• Event Management (analyze alerts and logs).
• Incident handling.
• Problem resolution.
• Root Cause Analysis.
• Initiate, assess, test, verify, document and quality assure system updates.
• Create and implement change requests for incidents/problems as needed.
• Provide technical assistance and expertise to customer’s administrators and SMEs in French
