The ideal candidate must have:
- a bachelor's degree in Computer Science/ Sociology or related field
- advanced Excel knowledge
- advanced English skills
- basic knowledge of HTML and Microsoft Visio (would be a plus)
- basic SQL knowledge (queries)

Specific Job Responsibilities
- Directly involved in custom panel set up, project planning & subsequent monitoring and evaluating activities
- Builds (together with direct manager) the SLA (Service Level Agreement) based on the client needs
- Sets (together with the direct manager and the client) the end to end process to best manage Custom Panel project to meet clients’ requirements
- Delivers and monitors the monthly reports and the KPI for a custom panel and takes the appropriate measures (consulting with direct manager) to reach the expected panel performance levels
- Is responsible for communication plan to all teams involved in the custom Panel process whenever updates, changes are required to the Custom Panel flow
- Ensures all Custom Panel projects are delivered to clients in accordance with project requirements of quality, timings, specifications and agreed budget
- Liaises with the Quotation exec for recalculating any panel management services fees if the project specs changes
- Acts like first layer of support for client/IIS and involves the right people to solve specific/technical support
- Implements in the questionnaires tool the agreed specs and creative materials (e-mail templates, invitation letters etc)
- Selects the needed sample groups and applies the agreed eliminations in the questionnaires tool
- Acts as a consultant for various teams / external clients whenever solutions are needed to best meet client needs
- Participates in various conference calls/ periodical meetings with the client to evaluate their satisfaction with the Custom panels services offered
