    Requirements

    Candidates should meet the following requirements:
    • Foreign Languages Graduate or Secretarial College Graduate
    • A very nice and presentable person, with a strong team spirit, eager to acquire experience in a professional environment
    • Good English knowledge - any certification would be considered as an advantage
    • Knowledge of any other foreign language would be a plus
    • MS Office (Intermediate level)
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Ability to adapt to an intensive work environment and to multi-task effectively
    • Ability to interact with both internal and external customers in a friendly and professional manner

    Responsibilities

    What are we looking for?

    An Officer for our Front Desk.

    Job profile:
    • Welcoming clients in a very nice and polite manner
    • Handling beverages for client meetings and participants at internal training courses, and catering whenever the case
    • Preparing the room set-up for client meetings & internal training courses
    • Ensuring that telephone messages are taken and distributed accurately and timely
    • Sorting and distributing mail, and handling in-coming and out-going faxes
    • Booking and arranging couriers
    • Arranging internal/external meetings and booking rooms
    • Assisting with photocopying and printing whenever needed
    • Completing other tasks as required

    Shortlisted candidates will be invited for written tests and an interview.
