    Cerinte

    • Minimum 3 years communication experience, preferably in a IT corporate environment
    • Bachelor’s degree in a communication field (journalism, communication) or an equivalent mix of experience/ education.
    • Enthusiastic, communicative, dynamic – these are the keys of success to know well and stay in touch with all the people within IT Dep., in order to identify and to calibrate innovative ideas, which have to be implemented on IT Market
    • Fluent in English and French
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products
    • Familiar with photo, video editing
    • Skills and knowledge of social media channels including, but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube
    • Creative
    • Strong verbal and written communication
    • Team player who enjoys working in a collaborative environment to achieve results.
    • Detail oriented

    Responsabilitati

    Main job objective:

    Develop communication activity for the IT Department within SGEBS communication department:

    - Propose and implement the IT Dep. communication strategy and budget in coordination with company communication department and as part of company annual communication plan.
    - Create and maintain a top employer brand for IT Dep.
    - Design the layouts of all external and internal communications materials in line with the Corporate Identity Guide
    - Prepare the content for all internal and external materials: messages, newsletters, LinkedIn articles, press releases, interviews, etc)
    - Identify, analyze and implement the participations in the most relevant events from the market
    - Define indicators to measure the impact of actions undertaken on our stakeholders and business strategy

    Main Responsibilities:

    Internal Communication:

    - Team energizers and other communication events in order to increase team spirit and communication
    - Work closely with the IT Recruitment Team to make JD and presentations more attractive on the IT Market
    - Responsible of respecting the budget allocated and approved for each initiative
    - Implements internal projects specific to IT Dep., according business needs, making sure that the projects are well communicated, have a proper participation rate and are properly followed up
    - Proposes and organizes the audio-video productions of IT Dep.

    Online marketing and social media:

    - Manage the content and design for company website social media channels – LinkedIn, Google+, and YouTube: create posting calendar, create updates, and monitor statistics, market intelligence on IT topics
    - Implement direct emailing campaigns and communication for the employees and partners
    - Prepare web banners with external suppliers

    Events:

    - Prepare the annual events calendar and proper correlation with the budget and with the Group entities
    - Manage the participation on external events: promotional materials, presentation materials, interaction activities with the audience, speakers, messages, etc in order to increase visibility and reach ramp up target
    - Propose and implement internal events calendar

    Media:

    - Contribute to SG EBS IT Dep. visibility in Romanian market and help positioning as a top notch organization
    - Manage the yearly press relations plan according to the business needs
    - Launch press releases and create press editorials.
    - Prepare answers and interviews for the press: propose and validate answers with the Top Management.
    - Organize press conferences and actions for the journalists, when needed
