    Knowledge:

    - Education: graduate in finance and/or accounting, ACCA 
    - Good control of English, including commerce & accounting in both speaking and writing
    - Work experience: at least 10 years in accounting area with 5 years in Reporting area 
    - Experience in an ERP System will be a +. If Oracle: ++
    - Experience in “big four” is a plus
    - familiar with IAS/ IFRS, able to understand and develop business scenarios

    Skills:

    - Good computer skills (At least MS Office)
    - Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    - Able to work under time and activities pressure, when necessary
    - Able to organize own and related team members tasks
    - Able to act as coordinator to fulfill common tasks

    Descrierea jobului

    The position will be within Reporting and Analysis Department of the European region Shared Service Center of the Company following some specific procedures and accounting policies, mainly on IFRS to produce Group Reporting, 
    Supporting ERP system is built on Oracle Applications – Financial Suite.
    Main responsibility is to develop and deliver solutions for different business scenarios, firstly needs to understand the group accounting practice and get familiar with company’s processes.
    The candidate will get training regarding both company accounting policy and ERP.
    Job will be based in Bucharest office, but some business trips might be required.
    Reporting deadlines are very strict and a careful work planning and execution is required.
    Specific responsibilities:
    - apply IAS/ IFRS to company specific business scenarios and give solutions, develop training plan and prepare training materials/ case sharing/ DPs to be delivered to R&A department
    - communicate with Accounting Policy Center, FRCC and other parties regarding company accounting policy changes and updates
    - able to understand IFRS and develop various scenarios mainly, but not limited to IAS1, IAS 7, IAS 19, IAS 37, IFRS 11
    - actively involve in department projects related to activity efficiency and quality improvement.
