INSIDE SALES ASSISTANT WITH FRENCH ( Emerson )

Responsibilities

Interact with customers (handle customer phone calls and emails);
Interact with all departments from the production plant in France (customer service, technical, marketing, logistics, supply chain);
Analyze the received orders (codes, prices, delivery dates), to be in conformity with the sales agreements;
Provide information regarding prices, technical documentation, order status;
Promote the products from the preferred range and propose replacements, if necessary;
Handle shipment discrepancies and issue credit notes;
Contact customers regarding overdue accounts and determine reasons for non-payment.
 
Requirements

Bachelor degree
Good knowledge French- Advanced level; English-medium
 1- 2 years’ experience in an administrative role (sales, technical support)
Good knowledge of MS Office, ERP systems, Internet.
