Experience:

• 3+ years of development experience with proven track record of quality on time deliveries

Studies:

• BS or MS in computer science or related discipline

Language skills:

• Experience with Python web frameworks, desired Django and Django REST framework.
• Experience with frontend technologies like JS, TypeScript, ReactJS; optional RxJS, wiling to learn others as we evolve.
• Proficiency with MySQL/MariaDB, Cassandra; some knowledge of MSSQL desired (TSQL)
• Git & GitHub experience is preferred
• Celery with RabbitMQ backend (optional, willing to learn)
• Redis (optional, willing to learn)
• Experience with AWS environments is a plus
• Worked with automated testing environments, Test Driven Development (TDD) experience is desired.
• Nice to haves: NginX, Gunicorn, Docker, Vagrant, Puppet, ElasticSearch. Willingness to learn them otherwise.

• Design & implement components of our Python framework and JS applications
• Work closely with other members of the engineering organization on design iterations, testability, and inter-operability
• Work with support team to assist in investigation, debugging and resolution of customer issues
• Integration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server side logic
• Integration of data storage solutions (RDBMS, key-value stores, blob stores, etc.)
