• Field Sales Engineer*

• Location: / West Region - Cluj, Alba, Mures Areas /*

Responsible for securing and maintaining distribution of products and/or services and maintaining effective agreements having as a focus the wholesales partners and local contractors.

The owner of the role should provide a high level of service and support to the customer base with a high focus on business growth, proving tenacity in meeting customer's requirements together with an ability to influence both internally and externally to deliver an excellent service

• Essential Functions:*

· Develop and execute sales plans to meet performance expectations and requirements

· Build relationships with key customers to enhance long term business prospects

· Create a deliver sales presentation, prepare and offer sales solution based on customer needs and requirements

· Bring value proposition to Eaton products offering complete solution to our customers

· Met the objective of optimizing volume, mix and profitability

• The ideal candidate would possess the following attributes:*

· Should have an absolute determination and result orientated profile, focused on achieving the sales target.

· Must have a broad understanding of sales processes, strategies and project management.

· Must be able to communicate effective and clear at all levels, having the capacity to build and maintain trustful customer relations

Basic Qualifications (Including Educational Requirements)

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree preferable in Engineering or related field

· 5+ years related experience in Sales - System and Components

· Strong knowledge of low voltage, medium voltage products and systems, control and electrical design

· English - Professional written and verbal skills

· Driving Licence B
