Order Analyst - Flex

Specifically, you will:

• Collaborate with functions of departments Planning, Operations and Engineering to ensure that the production plan is met;
• Interface with the customer's escalating commitments related to execution, expediting orders and solving problems arising;
• Follow and highlight issues in Production Plan;
• Build Output weekly file and shipments details;
• Analyze, configure, commit and track Customer Purchase Orders;
• Track On Time Delivery dates;

Your needed skills:

• Bachelor Degree;
• Previous experience in a production environment is preferred;
• Advanced English language (Written, Spoken, Reading);
• Good computer skills: MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint);
• Very good communication and customer orientation skills;
• Attention to details;
• Team player with very good collaboration abilities, well organized, able to prioritize.
