    Requirements

    WHAT IS YOUR QUALIFICATION?

    - Speaks Italian at an advanced level (fluency in English is a prerequisite).
    - Further languages are considered an advantage (Spanish, Portuguese, French);
    - Has an attitude oriented towards the customer;
    - Is familiar with ITIL processes;
    - Has an interest in Purchasing (eAuction, eSourcing, eProcurement, etc.).
    - Experience in Purchasing is an advantage.

    Responsibilities

    WHAT ARE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES?

    - Provides assistance to our Clients and their suppliers In order to use our unique web-based software solution;
    - Tackles daily tasks arriving to the Customer Service desk;
    - Recommends appropriate solution for customer requests, and coordinates with related teams to ensure the complete handling of the request;
    - Proactively informs customers about issue status based on inputs, and clarifies any questions;
    - Ensures a positive customer experience throughout the entire process;
    - Collaborates with our R&D Team based in Romania as well as with our team of business consultants in Italy, France, and Germany.
