TECHNICAL TRAINEE (MECHANICAL ENGINEERING)

HeidelbergCement România SA este unul dintre cei mai importanți producători de ciment, betoane și agregate de pe piața locală, membru al grupului german HeidelbergCement.

HeidelbergCement România SA deține trei fabrici de ciment, situate la Tașca, Fieni și Chișcădaga, 21 stații de betoane, 7 cariere și 5 balastiere de agregate.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Fresh graduate, holding a Master degree or currently in his Master’s final year of Mechanical Engineering studies, with excellent results from university
• First work experience in mechanical maintenance for industrial equipment is considered a plus (internships, student practice etc. are also taken into consideration)

CONTENT OF THE TRAINEE PROGRAM

The trainee program consists of 12 months of on-the-job training that will give you the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals within our business lines (Cement, Aggregates, Ready-Mix Concrete) and build an important network in different departments throughout the organization.

You will be assigned project work, where your potential and talents will be valued. After learning and acquiring practical experience, you could be assigned new responsibilities within our company.
