    Requirements

    ManpowerGroup is looking to enhance its sales department with an ambitious, dedicated Sales Support Specialist who is willing to grow within the company and contribute to achieving business goals.

    Responsibilities

    Survey the market, gather data and prepare reports regarding projects, prospects, clients and the competition

    Compile lists of prospects, maintain and update the sales pipeline, lead referral list and lead information, and forward individual leads to the Key Account Managers

    Maintain an organized and accessible CRM for sales, marketing and financial purposes

    Handle all administrative duties for the organization, scheduling and follow-up of client events and meetings

    Conceive and implement outbound client campaigns together with marketing team, under the supervision of the National Sales Manager

    Disseminate thought leadership and other client-facing content to clients and prospects, according to the company's communication plan

    Support the Key Account Team for presentations, standard documentation, customer proposals and quotations and liaise with the marketing department to develop new materials if needed

    Brief colleagues on market and client information prior to an event or sales call

    Perform data entry duties with regard to sales figures, metrics and other key data,

    Prepare special reports by gathering and summarizing data

    Follow up with clients for administrative purposes

    Liaise with the legal team (internal / external) to ensure a smooth contracting process and rapid deployment
