    Requirements

    • Educated to degree level
    • Fluent in English C1 (ESOL)
    • Fluent in Spanish or Italian C1 (ESOL)
    • Russian, German, or any other language skills are a plus
    • Capabilities in social post creation
    • Organizational skills
    • Knowledge, understanding and passion for social media platforms and mechanism
    • Ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and verbal format, and build and maintain relationships
    • Team player, with the confidence to present new ideas back to the EMEA Social Marketing Team
    • Ability to work to multiple deadlines and across a variety of business units
    • Good technical understanding and ability to pick up new tools quickly
    • Public relations, Marketing, Community Management experience, a plus

    Responsibilities

    • Implement the social media Field Marketing strategy
    • Publishing content / posts across defined social media platforms
    • Monitor engagement on defined social media platforms
    • Manage comments, questions, remarks with dedicated stakeholders in Oracle Communications or Field Marketing
    • Administrate LinkedIn Groups
    • Arrange and manage monthly review meetings with EMEA Social Media Managers
    • Participation in regular EMEA social media update calls
    • Monitor pre-defined KPIs and effective benchmarks for measuring the impact of social media programs
    • Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly reporting back to key stakeholders
    • Regularly feed back insights gained from social media monitoring into the EMEA social media leadership team, to help evolve the strategies
    • Participation in key creative brainstorms, liaise with all Social Media colleagues to create synergies across all social media hubs, cross-promoting.
