Technical skills:
Film editing using Premiere, Flash, After Effects, photoshop and illustrator on Mac
We also use Basecamp, Dropbox and various asset library tools which we'd need them to learn.
Experience and understanding of cool youth brands in a lifestyle or travel space
Animation skills a plus

Overview of work:
Taking storyboards, written briefs and verbal briefs to produce short format videos for social
Cutting raw footage into really cool short format action montages
Following brand guidelines
Cutting full videos into social snippets with animation and graphic overlays
Supplying publishable video files
Being very very organised and following filing/archiving processes
Retouching of photos

Behaviour:
Reliable, trustworthy and a hard independent worker
Reporting into myself and the creative manager based in London so great communication is KEY.
Around at least two years working in video editing.
Good English skills, including spelling and punctuation and great attention to detail.
Fast worker - we have a fast turn around - but must deliver to exceptional standards.
Sense of humour - we are a fun studio
No ego/no one who wants to be an artist! The work can be repetitive.
