    Requirements

    • University degree in relevant field
    • 5+ years experience in project management and/or a product management coordination
    • Good command of Project Management tool desirable: Microsoft Project Office, Oracle Primavera or other
    • Project management certification is an advantage
    • Proven experience in utilizing project management methodology – processes, tools, templates, best practices
    • Demonstrated effective planning and organizing skills, with ability to manage multiple projects and work assignments
    • Ability to deliver the elevator pitch to senior management
    • Working experience with recording tools, blended learning solutions, and learning management systems is a plus
    • Experience with web communications, publishing, usability and/or social media
    • Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
    • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels and to work in virtual teams
    • Ability to work independently and creatively in resolving issues
    • High level of energy, drive, enthusiasm, initiative, commitment.

    Responsibilities

    • Manage project activities for developing and publishing role based guided learning paths, online courses, in class courses (boot camps), proctored, and non-proctored exams
    • Act as a liaison with various business units to ascertain training needs and requirements that complement new product launches and go-to-market initiatives
    • Drive cross-functional subject matter experts participation and develop detailed project plans and schedules to ensure on-time delivery of projects
    • Take action to identify and resolve project problems/issues and report on mitigating steps and actions taken to ensure timely deliverables, project success, and quality
    • Proactively handle any arising issues and troubleshoot emerging problems with curricula development and publishing
    • Perform quality check controls for consistent and correct use of processes and training programs implementation
    • Implement the appropriate corrective and preventive actions to ensure the content development and publishing is per organization’s standards and as per program requirements
    • Identify content development best practices and implement such practices to ensure enablement activities operate at the highest quality standards
    • Contribute to Oversight Committees meetings and report on training curricula development status
    • Maintain awareness and knowledge of training consumption and provide suitable interpretation to the management
    • Design and manage internal and external communications via marketing campaigns, newsletters, and social media
    • Act as the key contact for product learning and development teams to resolve stakeholders’ queries.

This role will cover training development and diffusion with contribution from various internal organizations such as Product Development, Product Marketing, Product Strategy, OPN Solutions Experts.
