    Requirements

    • Good knowledge of cost control, accounts and economic analyses
    • Bachelor degree or similar experience within Finance/Accounting
    • Good knowledge and experience in Excel
    • Familiar with Oracle EBS
    • Service minded and positive attitude
    • Good communication skills in English (written and spoken)

    Responsibilities

    Your key delivery in this role include cost control, accounts and economic analyses.
    You will exchange knowledge in a highly experienced international team where AGRESSO is the applied ERP Software. Enjoy the Scandinavian work model in a modern sea coast location.

    • Invoice VHS and Azure (Subscription based) and follow up towards customers. Make overviews and financial analyzes.
    • Check external consultants invoices towards hours booked in the finance systems (Agresso)
    • Invoicing in general – towards defined areas in cooperation with Business controllers
    • Adjust timesheets where applicable
    • Be a resource person in New Oracle for our global IT organization
    • Ensure correct financial setup of Oracle EBS in the implementation of GSS IT in Poland together with Business Controllers
    • Establish project numbers based on a defined structure and ensure correct tagging of projects to fit our Financial model (globally)
    • Monthly closing of the accounts tasks
    • Make report/analyzes of specific projects/areas
    • Other tasks driven by Business Support
