Support Specialist 1st level

The Qualysoft Group was founded in Vienna in 1999. As an independent IT consultancy and service company, it supports its international customers by providing tailored IT solutions that are both flexible and innovative. Its main focus is on providers of financial and energy services, industrial firms, media/telecommunications companies, and institutions from the public sector.

• Experience in 1st level support up to 2-3 years
• Experience with user access settings like profile, role, sharing rules
• Knowledge about login settings
• Experienced of data clearing and functional analysis
• Functional knowledge of Salesforce
• Desired Salesforce Admin 201 certification
• Experience in analyzing and solving the email and phone requests coming from people in different departments
• Experience in filtering the tasks handled by 1st Level Support and escalate to 2nd Level support
• Agile environment experience

Role:
• The Support Specialist will work in an Agile environment and will be involved in all the requests and incidents on the Salesforce.com platform
• Candidate will be part of the 1st level support team, which handles daily inquiries from users in more than 30 countries.
University degree: Bachelor's Degree
Language: Excellent English skills both written and verbal
