6. Excellent problem solving skills and ability to allocate resource to activities in an efficient manner
7. Track record of delivering process improvement.
8. Fluent English
9. Expertise of the relevant SAP/Success Factor modules & the Master Data structures associated with those SAP modules
10. Ability to understand “end to end” impacts of processes and Data across the Enterprise
11. English and French languages essential, additional languages desirable in line with countries/business unit being supported

- Management responsibility and escalation point for HR Data Specialists supporting specified countries. Providing ongoing coaching and development of the individuals in the team to ensure optiomal productivity
- Drive root cause analysis and continuous improvement within the HR Data Specialist team
Implement, support & champion Business change activities as required.
- Build strong and effective relationships across a wide range of business stakeholders to drive ownership,maintenance and process adherence for Master Data, sharing and driving best practice throughout the organisation.
- Provide a single point of contact for Business Stakeholders for specified country with respect to best practise data management, improvement and performance.
- Provide first level escalation for service issues.
- Deliver HR Data maintenance in line with agreed SLA's and meeting accuracy & quality stardards and targets. Support on key projects as and when required
