    · Minim 6 luni experienta de munca intr-un rol administrativ;
    · Experienta profesionala in domeniul Resurselor Umane - reprezinta un avantaj;
    · Studii superioare;
    · Cunostinte de limba engleza - nivel mediu / avansat;
    · Permis de conducere categoria B - criteriu obligatoriu;
    · Disponibilitate pentru deplasari in Oradea si imprejurimi;
    · Dinamism si proactivitate;
    · Abilitati excelente de organizare si planificare.

    Responsabilitati

    Responsabilitati:
    Recrutare:
    · Realizarea procesului de recrutare si selectie pentru roluri in domeniul de productiei;
    · Deplasarea pe teren in vederea promovarii locurilor de munca disponibile in locatii targetate din Oradea si imprejurimi;
    · Crearea, editarea si postarea anunturilor de recrutare si a fluturasilor de promovare;
    · Selectarea CV-urilor in functie de cerintele locului de munca vizat;

    HR Admin:
    · Administrarea si gestionarea dosarelor de personal;
    · Elaborarea contractelor de munca, fiselor de post si adeverintelor;
    · Generarea de contracte, acte aditionale;
    · Pregatirea de rapoarte privind valabilitatea analizelor si programarea examenelor clinice periodice, SSM si PSI;
