This position is a Business Intelligence and Analytics role and you will bring value to the company through:
- Analytical thinking to identify the best solutions for our clients & analyze data
- Working closely with Customer Success Team to determine business requirements, priorities and define key performance indicators
- Designing Conversion Optimization Strategies and Timelines
- Identify process improvement opportunities and use analysis to make recommendations
- Developing reports, charts, tables and other visual aids in support of findings
- Providing clients with project status updates, feedback, and appropriate reporting on selected projects
