    Requirements

    • Fluency (written and spoken) in German;
    • At least medium knowledge of English;
    • Excellent customer service skills;
    • Demonstrated initiative and ability to learn technical concepts quickly;
    • Strong problem solving skills;
    • Ability to be a team player;
    • Analytical thinker with strong attention to details;
    • Reliable and punctual track record.

    Responsibilities

    • Answer, evaluate and prioritize inbound telephone, voice mail, e-mail requests for technical assistance with hardware, software for German speaking customers;
    • Responds to customer requests and questions regarding the service, products;
    • Ensures customer satisfaction by responding to inquiries in a timely manner and provide a good customer care experience;
    • Documenting calls clearly and accurately in call tracking database.
