    Requirements

    For our client, a world leader in relocation and household goods shipping, we are looking for a Front Desk Officer with a very good level of French Language:
    • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
    • Advanced English & French communication and teamwork skills and readiness to work in ever-changing, multicultural environment
    • Clear motivation to work in a hospitality minded function
    • Exceptional communication skills
    • Sees opportunities and takes initiative
    • Efficient and able to work under pressure

    Responsibilities

    • Make our visitors, new hires and trainees feel welcome
    • Since you are the first and last point of contact for all external and internal guests, trainees, trainers and suppliers, you play an important role in providing the right experience to all of our guests
    • Open and responsive to answering questions and handling remarks, complaints and/or demands from all guests
    • Involved in postal procedures concerning incoming (express) mail and packages
    • Handling the registration of guests and controlled access
    • Opening and closing of the Reception Desk
    • Day-to-day (soft) security tasks
    • Flexible when it comes to all daily tasks
    • Primary accountancy tasks
    • Ensuring that the property, internally and externally, is maintained and clean and tidy at all times
