    Requirements

    WHAT DO I NEED TO DEMONSTRATE?
    Required:
    • Finance / Business related degree or Masters
    • Can drive process improvement/ adherence
    • Financial analysis and insights, variance analysis
    • Drives alignment and consistency.
    • Strong organisational skills
    Preferred:
    • Professional Accounting Qualification

    Responsibilities

    WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
    You will business partner with the KEU SC Finance Directors and other key stakeholders to provide visibility of significant procurement variances from budgeted/forecasted spends and identify risk mitigation plans.
    In addition, you will be responsible for sharing volume information in standard format for Budgets and Strategic forecasts including BOM requirements, volume refreshes (SAP & Hyperion and responsible for Budget/ICP and strategic forecast pricing files to be prepared and circulated in line with annual planning calendar:
    a) You will Provide financial analysis and insights from inputs received
    b) You will review with category managers to confirm assumptions built into analysis

    You will also be responsible for savings forecasting and actuals tracking for KEU Supply Chain Procurement; and overhead reporting and analysis. The role works closely with Procurement Senior Manager to support all reporting requirements (monthly results, monthly forecasts, annual budgets and business planning) and develop presentations for Supply Chain leadership.

    Also, you will be leading continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing financial processes and ensuring Internal Audit (S404) templates are up-to-date. You will perform S404 testing.
