Maintenance Engineer (BUZAU)

Our partner produce aluminium diecastings. In the years the principal activity have been integrated with technical advice, design, machining and surface finish of the parts with the target of being a valuable support and a precise supplier for the customer. Also our client is working in four productive unit, three of them in Castelgomberto and one in Buzau (Romania). With die casting plants from 250 to 1600 tons, on a covered surface of 25000 square meters, employing more than 250 people.

Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering/Engineering Technology or related field required;
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a similar position within industrial manufacturing field- mandatory;
- Advanced level of English language; Italian will be a plus;
- Industrial manufacturing field-preferred aluminium die castings;
- Strong budget and reporting skills;
- Good written and verbal communications skills;
- Strong problem solving and demonstrated technical ability;
- Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks;
- Relevant technical expertize regarding the tools and equipments maintenance principles;
- Industrial manteinance planning skills.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all technical areas of the plant;
- Dealing with such media like: air, pressure, temperature, oil etc;
- Preparation and coordination preventive maintenance schedule;
- Optimization and reduction of mistakes and stops;
- Ensures that all required administrative, operating, and safety procedures are enforced;
- Provides direction and technical expertise to maximize operating efficiency;
- Assures plant operates in compliance with all local, state, and federal environmental regulations.
