• Previous experience in a Call Center;
• Cold calling experience or phone acquisition;
• Computer skills such as an understanding of Microsoft Office, email and chat technologies.
• Team player.
• Fluency in English and French.

The successful candidate will be a motivated individual with a good eye for design and details. We are looking for someone with a ‘can do attitude’ who can help us to contribute to design by following best practice standards and techniques.
• Answers inquiries by clarifying desired information; researching, locating, and providing information.
• Clients and Targets related to specific marketing actions as well as pre-event and post-event for the Insurance and Industrial Equipment and Manufacturing Segment.
• Perform sales support activities: mailing, organize meetings, market research for business proposals, create and deliver PowerPoint presentations .
• Implementing solutions; escalating unsolved problems.
