    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
    • Experience working in an in house sourcing team or executive search agency
    • Proven experience within management roles within an operational, HR or resourcing/recruitment background
    • Track record of developing and delivering sourcing strategies
    • Experience delivering exceptional candidate experience with both passive and active talent.
    • Experience of web-based search engines, CV mining, marketing and databases, using them to source diverse skill-sets
    • Fluent English (written and verbal)
    • Outstanding communication skills
    • Ability to motivate a team
    • Confident and resilient to deal with challenges from people within the business
    • Good interpersonal skills and able to consult with a wide range of people at different levels
    • Proactive communicator and willing to share information.

    Responsibilities

    Key Objectives of the Role:
    The Sourcing Team Leader will lead a team of sourcing specialists responsible for managing sourcing activities on a regional basis. You will be responsible for the delivery of the regional SNC-Lavalin sourcing strategy and relevant KPIs.

    Responsible for a growing team of Sourcing Specialists you will deploy the sourcing team strategy, oversee its overall performance and deliver through your team as well as via your own specialist expertise.

    Responsibilities and Duties:
    • Foster a high-performance team culture and expertly line manage to give each individual the opportunities to fulfill their potential.
    • Understand the business – i.e. the business plan, key business drivers, clients, and markets – in order to effectively execute sourcing, recruitment and selection, to support business hiring needs.
    • Identify and recruit International talent across all disciplines and departments
    • Source candidates, build and manage talent pools using various channels to drive high-calibre candidates into the talent pipeline.
    • Screen candidates through CV review and telephone screening in order to ensure shortlist of candidates meet vacancy requirements.
    • Ensure accurate and consistent candidate information is input into the recruitment system, and maintain pipelines of qualified candidates, ready to be presented for selection when the need arises.
    • Focus on effective sourcing strategies for high-volume, hard-to-fill and future pipeline needs.
    • Develop and implement effective and innovative techniques for identifying new talent including: internet searches, social media, talent campaigns, cold-calling and networking.
    • Lead the Sourcing team’s continuous improvement and capability agenda.
    • Forge strong relationships locally and regionally to manage sourcing priorities and to develop and share best practice.
    • Organise workflow and workload of the team.
    • Build relationships with stakeholders and act as first escalation point.
    • Responsible for the achievement of performance metrics, manage team KPIs and reporting, leading on reducing time to shortlist and conversion rates
    • Understand and monitor the recruitment landscape within the regions. Gather market intelligence competitor trends and incorporate this into effective sourcing strategies.
    • Act with a sense of purpose and urgency.
    • Ensure that the companies Code of Ethics and Business Conduct is adhered to at the highest level at all times and to highlight any potential conflicts to this to the helpline numbers found on Infozone or by reporting this to your line manager or the HR Manager.
