The Customer Account Manager will be required to work collaboratively and proactively, building successful customer and stakeholder relationships.

The candidate will have to show understanding of the business strategy,will have to take ownership of incidents and provide resolutions by working with various IT teams and finally will have to do follow-up to ensure service quality improvement and customer satisfaction.
