    Requirements

    - 3-5 years of successful experience in social media marketing (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google+, and other global social networks) - either agency or client side
    - Excellent communicator, whether verbal, written, or via social
    - Team player with the confidence to take the lead and guide other employees when necessary (content development, creation / editing of content, online reputation management etc.)
    - Extremely effective organizer / multitasker, able to juggle varying projects at the one time
    - Good understanding of key web metrics and social media performance metrics
    - The ability to interpret requirements from various stakeholders (e.g. customers, facility managers, HQ teams,), turning their requests into actionable marketing campaigns / projects with definitive and trackable outputs
    - A natural interest in social media, digital technologies and trends

    Additional skills

    - Fluent English, with excellent communication and writing skills
    - Experience with Google Analytics or other web monitoring platform
    - Experience in Hootsuite
    - Japanese and/or Chinese language knowledge (will be a plus)

    Responsibilities

    - Lead all global SM activities across the company and orchestrate the work of regional and field SM marketers (NA, ANZ, LATAM, EM, Asia and other.)
    - Build internal processes around SM on a global level, create social media trainings and best practice documentation
    - Manage big global social media (SM) projects across the company such as selection and deployment of new SM platforms and analytical tools, creation of corporate educational tracks about SM and more
    - Build and develop relationships with key internal stakeholders Plan and execute global marketing campaigns in social media (SM) in aligning closely with campaign team members and relevant business owners
    - Post about Veeam news on a day to day basis in global SM (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google+, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube and other)
    - Monitor SM posts mentioning Veeam and response timely if it’s needed
    - Analyze the performance (Google Analytics, Hootsuite reports, Moz.com, Twitter Analytics, and many other tools)
    - Expand the range of SM where Veeam should be represented
    - Support SM calendar on Hootsuite
    - Listen SM communities and help Veeam marketing to create engaging content for further promotion in SM
    - Stay current on new technologies, best practices and trends in SM sphere.
