    - First professional experience in an HR department and are familiar with HR processes, especially payroll, or with an an academic background closely related to the field (international HR management master or similar)

    - You are analytical and process oriented, able to identify problems and provide solutions with rigor.

    - You are fluent in English, any other language will be a big plus


    You will join the HR group department, an international and multicultural group of HR specialists, working directly with the HR manager on the development and improvement of the internal HR processes ensuring they remain reliable, up to date and they meet the group policies and needs. Your main tasks & responsibilities will be the following: Record, verify and maintain employees’ data; Provide HR reporting; Ensure HR group policies; Ensure consistency of the database; Prepare payroll inputs; Prepare HR documents.
