Qualifications
Experience
• 1 – 3 years of related experience
• “Can do” attitude and willing to learn fast in a high performing environment. Good communication and ability to understand business needs translating into draft solutions and proposal.
• Consistency of execution and reliability.

Education:
• Bachelor’s Degree (B.S./B.A.) is required
• Master’s Degree is preferred
• Field of Study: Business Administration, Business Management, Operations Research, Finance Engineering, Information Systems Management or Computer Science.

Professional Training and Certification:
• Required: Excel
• Preferred: experience with MS Access and SQL Server

The CEE Services business rocks! With high growth year over year and great aspirations for FY17 the organization is in need of a strong Business Program Manager (BPM) with specific focus on Sales Excellence Operations Support. The BPM sits in the Business Excellence and Operation (BEO) Team of Enterprise Services at Area level.


The BPM is responsible to support the Area Sales ROB driven by the Area Sales Director and Area Sales Excellence Lead. This includes participating in weekly sales calls with the CEE subsidiaries, providing reports and business insights on Services Pipeline, drive the actions follow up and ensure correct execution of the activities decided during the calls.

The BPM is a team player and will work closely to the existing Business Analyst in the team. He/she will ensure consistent execution of core processes supporting the business, increasing quality and at the same time reducing impact of these activities on customer facing roles. The BPM’s contribution is therefore crucial for the result of the whole Services organization.

The BPM provides a single focal point for the following activities:
• Organize and Host Weekly Sales calls, capture actions and relevant note, ensure follow up with action owners
• Run Sales reports and provide business updates to Area and Subsidiary stakeholders
• Design, build and maintenance of Sales oriented specific reports (management dashboards and other reports)
• Works with sales excellence lead and Sales Director to ultimately ensure we have clean pipeline in every subsidiary
