DevOps Engineer

Responsibilities
On this position, you will cover the following aspects:
- Consultancy given to the client: 60% of the time
- Application management: 20% of the time
- Coding: 20% of the time

Job requirements:
- the successful candidates must have at least three years of experience in software development and integration of Enterprise Solutions, working with one of the following languages: Java, C++, .NET, C#
- the candidates who are willing to enhance their technical skills with hands-on Identity and Access Management experience will be trained to become IAM consultants/developers.
- Strong skills in algorithms and design patterns
- Experience with Integration and collaborative Tools (SVN, Git, CVS, Jira, Eclipse, etc)
- Strong skills in Enterprise Operating Systems (including scripting, scheduling, jobs, services and process administration) - (Windows Server, Redhat, Suse Linux Enterprise Server)
- Experience with Relational Database (MSSQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle)
- Good knowledge about Object-Oriented Databases (Active Directory, Oracle Directory)
- Good knowledge about system performance
- Knowledge of LDAP
- Experience with application containers and web servers (Apache HTTPD, Tomcat, IIS, Websphere, etc)
- Broad technical background is a plus
- Experience in direct communication with technical people on customer side
- English is a must. German is a plus.
- Availability to travel ( ~ 1.5 months / year )
